What is the refund policy?

1. 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. DEFECTIVE ITEMS VS. WEAR & TEAR
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival (out of the box).

  • What is NOT covered: We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that break, snap, or fail due to excessive force, intentional stress-testing, normal wear and tear, or improper installation. Our tethers are designed for daily urban use; they are not rated for climbing, extreme sports, or resisting mechanical cutting tools.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, you must contact us at chiubokman8899@icloud.com with your order number and photo evidence of the unopened product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

4. EXCLUSIONS
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

1. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & USAGE
ItIsMyPhone! products are designed exclusively as a visual and physical deterrent to opportunistic theft and as a secondary aid to prevent accidental drops. Our products are NOT theft-proof, indestructible, or a guaranteed security measure. The effectiveness of the tether is subject to environmental factors, the force applied during a snatch attempt, and proper installation by the user.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (IMPORTANT)
By purchasing and using ItIsMyPhone! products, you expressly acknowledge and agree that ItIsMyPhone! shall NOT be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages involving your personal property. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The theft or loss of your mobile device or accessories.
  • Physical damage to your mobile device (e.g., cracked screens, port damage) resulting from a snatch attempt or accidental drop.
  • Any personal injury sustained during the use of the product.
    Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the product sold.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the user's sole responsibility to inspect the tether, anchor pad, and carabiner for signs of wear, fraying, or mechanical fatigue before EVERY use. Do not use the product if any part appears compromised. We recommend replacing your tether every 6 months for optimal safety.

4. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
